Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days for regular priced items. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packaging. Please note that several types of goods are exempted. Personalised items and perishable goods such as flowers and candles cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and items must be in an original condition and packaging, and is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable.

Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

FedEx Standard (3-5 business days*) Cost: $12.95

FedEx Two Days (2 business days*) Cost: $19.95

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
